Turkey Representation of the International Pickleball Federation:

The Turkey Representation of the International Pickleball Federation is committed to spreading the sport of Pickleball, which is played by millions worldwide and is preparing to enter the Olympics in 2028. Pickleball provides opportunities for gender equality and equal opportunity. It aims to popularize the sport in Turkey, instill sports culture, ethics, and discipline in youth, contribute to sustainable sports lifestyles for adults, raise awareness on key issues like equal opportunities and gender equality, and act as a unifying force in society. The representation conducts Pickleball introduction meetings, instructor training programs, and manages local Pickleball representations.

It undertakes the organization of local, national, and international matches/tournaments, as well as national and international education programs, symposiums, panels, etc. It promotes Pickleball in school sports, public institutions, private sports facilities, parks, and social spaces. The representation also implements social responsibility projects, establishes institutional collaborations, and works with media outlets to increase the awareness and popularity of Pickleball in Turkey.

Believing in the significant social and cognitive benefits that instructors bring to society, the Turkey Representation of the International Pickleball Federation is authorized to issue internationally recognized instructor certificates.

Responsibilities and Duties of Pickleball Instructors:

1. To support the widespread adoption of Pickleball in Turkey, contribute to its social benefits, help younger generations develop a sports culture and sense of responsibility, foster community awareness and understanding, and encourage youth to achieve social status through success in sports.
2. To help adults acquire lifelong sports habits, access equal opportunities for education, promote family unity, and foster social well-being through the energy provided by sports.
3. To provide opportunities for young generations to be in healthy environments, encourage their participation in matches and tournaments, and offer quality services and education to all individuals in line with the philosophy of opportunity and gender equality.
4. To represent their city/district/school/club, etc., with the highest quality, always prioritizing scientific approaches, health, satisfaction, and safety.
5. To ensure that Pickleball training is delivered at the highest standard without discrimination based on gender, language, religion, race, social status, age, etc.
6. To create opportunities for disadvantaged and special-needs individuals to participate in sports, integrate into society, achieve equal opportunities, and raise awareness in the community. Instructors are responsible for helping individuals succeed in Pickleball and gain recognition in society while contributing to mutual benefits for the country and society.
