About Tournament
Dropick Cup Turkey is kicking off with the aim of contributing to the development of pickleball players across Turkey, providing them with the opportunity to play against different opponents, and raising their scores on both the Turkey Pickleball Portal and the international DUPR system!
Date: August 23-24, 2025
Location: Istanbul Tennis Education Sports Club – Ataköy / Bakırköy / Istanbul
Categories:
- 15-35 Years Old: Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, (Each player may only participate in one category)
- 35+ Years Old: Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, (Each player may participate in only one category)
Tournament Format: System: Rally Scoring
Game: 21 points – 3 sets, the winner of 2 sets
Participation: 12 Teams
Tournament System: There will be 4 groups of 3, the 1st place players in their groups will play the semifinals with A1-C1 / D1-B1 matchups.
Winners advance to the final, while losers compete in the third-fourth place match.
Age Transition Rule:
Older age groups may participate in younger age groups.
The lower age group cannot participate in the upper age group. (e.g., 35+ age group athletes can participate in the 15-35 age group; however, the 15-35 age group cannot participate in the 35+ age category).
